Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing ONeal Home LLC. Please review the following before booking: ⸻ Consultations Initial walkthrough consultations are provided at no cost. Booking a service confirms your intent to move forward with design services if selected. ⸻ Project Start & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work, sourcing, or planning begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, including final walkthrough, staging, or delivery of services. No design work will begin until the deposit has been received. ⸻ Pricing All listed prices are starting rates. Final pricing may vary depending on project size, scope, and specific client needs. Additional services or changes outside the original scope may result in additional charges. ⸻ Rescheduling & Cancellations We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or inability to rebook. ⸻ Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate information Timely communication and approvals Access to the property as needed Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and outcomes. ⸻ Design & Service Disclaimer All design recommendations and selections are advisory in nature. Final implementation, purchasing decisions, and contractor work are the responsibility of the client. ⸻ Third-Party Services ONeal Home LLC is not responsible for the work, timelines, or outcomes of contractors, vendors, or third-party service providers. ⸻ No Guarantees We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including property value, sale timeline, or financial return. ⸻ Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONeal Home LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or issues arising from services provided or decisions made based on our recommendations. ⸻ Agreement By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
