A binding agreement is formed when a client books services, submits payment, or proceeds with services after receiving these Terms.
Electronic acceptance, including online booking or written communication, constitutes agreement to these Terms.

Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to the commencement of services. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services, withholding of deliverables, and potential collection actions where permitted by law.

Pricing & Scope Adjustments
All pricing is based on the initial agreed scope of work.
The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing if the scope expands, including additional rooms, revisions, or extended services. Any additional work will be communicated prior to proceeding.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond in a timely manner, provide access to the property as needed, and approve selections and decisions promptly.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional fees, or changes in project timelines.

Advisory Nature of Services
All services provided by ONeal Home LLC are advisory in nature.
The Company does not guarantee outcomes, supervise contractors, or assume responsibility for implementation. All decisions made based on recommendations are at the Client’s sole discretion and risk.

Third-Party Contractors & Vendors
All contractors, vendors, and service providers are independent of ONeal Home LLC.
The Company shall not be held responsible for work quality, installation errors, delays, product defects, or any actions of third-party providers.

No Guarantees or Warranties
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
ONeal Home LLC does not guarantee property value increases, sale outcomes, financial returns, or specific design results. Outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the Company’s control.

Assumption of Risk
The Client acknowledges that design, renovation, and property-related decisions carry inherent risks.
The Client assumes full responsibility for all outcomes related to selections, contractor work, installations, and property use.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONeal Home LLC shall not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, financial loss, lost profits, project delays, or indirect or consequential damages.
Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the amount paid for services.

Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ONeal Home LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of services, project execution, third-party involvement, or decisions made based on recommendations.

Data Privacy & Consumer Rights
ONeal Home LLC processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the Colorado Privacy Act.
