ONeal Home LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides customized interior design services. Due to the personalized nature of these services, all payments are subject to the following terms:

A 50% upfront deposit is required before any work begins.

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, change of scope, or delay.

Deposits secure your project and cover time, planning, scheduling, and initial design work.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, including final walkthrough, staging, or delivery of services.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

Additional fees

All services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Design consultations

Layout planning

Material selections

Styling services

Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued for any completed or in-progress services.

If the Client cancels after services have begun:

All payments made are forfeited

The Client remains responsible for any completed work

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes but do not guarantee availability.

Property value increase

Sale price or timeline

Financial return

Specific design outcomes

All results depend on factors beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for all decisions made based on our recommendations, including purchases, installations, and contractor work.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By booking services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
